PSRE Mission Statement
Planning, Space, and Real Estate (PSRE) works collaboratively with the University community to enhance the place that is the University of Minnesota. Through our strategic expertise, integrated services, and stewardship of physical assets, we help the University adapt to change, plan for an enduring future, advance the University’s mission, and position the University as a premier institution.
Long-range development and capital budget planning for campuses, systems, and other University assets relying on best practices in physical planning and urban design. Capital project planning, including feasibility studies, land use, site planning and campus public realm guidance as well as jurisdictional coordination.
Space Programming, Planning, and Management Services.
University property leasing, licensing, purchase/sale of real estate, permits.
