Crookston Campus

The University of Minnesota Crookston (UMC) is a baccalaureate, coeducational institution. Located on the northern edge of the city of Crookston (population 7,500) in northwestern Minnesota, the campus is approximately 25 miles from Grand Forks, ND and about 300 miles from the Twin Cities.

UMC is known for its focus on experiential learning and faculty-student mentorship. The campus is also one of the nation's pioneers in online and distance education.

The UMC Campus Plan (formerly referred to as Master Plan) was approved in May, 2010.
